Delivery

Once we have received your payment, we will send your order confirmation via e-mail or phone number you have shared with us.

 

The Pre-Order items will be produced after your purchase and will be ready to ship in the estimated delivery time as stated by the producer in your order confirmation e-mail.

The items that are in stock will be processed and shipped in 1-3 business days. Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

 

For domestic orders, our delivery takes 1-2 business days. For international orders, our delivery takes 2-3 business days.

 

Breeze of Greece is not responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges for international shipments. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Refund policy

 

We are pleased to accept timely exchanges/returns of unused and undamaged items within 3 days from the date you received your order. However we don’t offer free return service. Return is at customer's own expense. Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any packaging materials.

 

We will inform you when we receive your return and reimburse the cost of the returned items once we inspect the condition of the goods, within 10 days.
